MAKE A PLAN BEFORE YOU PARK

The Avenue Viera: Shopping & Dining Guide

The Avenue works best when you know your starting point. Choose the store, appointment or restaurant that matters most, then build a short loop around it instead of treating the entire center as one address.

Use the live directory for your shopping list

The current directory includes fashion, beauty, home, dining, entertainment and service businesses. Examples include Nordstrom Rack, lululemon, Sephora, J.Crew Factory, Air & Anchor and Sur La Table. Availability and store service should still be checked with the business.

For practical planning, group your stops by the directory map. The management office address is not every tenant’s storefront, so use the individual listing when sharing directions.

Schedule around an event

The Avenue publishes dated community events, including a Third Thursdays listing in the reviewed calendar. That can turn a shopping errand into a longer outing, but the individual event page should determine the date, time and registration requirements.

Read pet rules, participation restrictions and organizer updates before assuming an event suits every member of your group. Keep a weather alternative for an outdoor plan.

What is open versus coming soon

A directory can contain both operating businesses and future tenants. In the reviewed listings, Escapology and Sirocco Station carry coming-soon labels. We retain those labels instead of assigning an opening date.

Check both the directory and the tenant when an opening is the reason for your visit. For dining, confirm the kitchen’s hours separately from a center-wide opening or closing time.

One useful question

Is The Avenue the same place as Lakeside Social?

No. They are distinct destinations in the broader Viera experience. Use the specific venue’s directions rather than treating the names as interchangeable.
